I’m at a new point in my life and I have decided that I want to step into this exciting universe as an explorer (read customer). I’m not too old to learn new tricks but I’m old enough to appreciate the opportunity to tap into other people’s experience, especially when they willingly share it on website such as this.
I have, as so many before me, watched from the sidelines for a period of time and sincerely appreciated all of those of you, who have contributed with reviews, opinions, constructive criticism, warning etc. I’m loving that, as part of this website, you have representatives from both sides, the service provider and the ones in need of service. So once I had decided that I was going to cross this line and explore this universe, I started by going online to explore my options. One of the first sites to pop up was Eroguide where I found a nice introductory review from ppd, https://www.eroguide.dk/forum/topic/147025-annoncelight-vs-nympho-vs-escortguide/, on the state of the different websites for the different Ladies of the night or callgirls, as we call them where I grew up, but for the sake of showing proper integration intention to the danish society I will address them as GP (Glædespiger). I decided that my first return contribution to this little cozy happy corner of the world would be an updated view of the state of the different websites providing the link between the GP and the costumer, based on a first impression from this developing customer. So this subjective opinion piece is not so much to all you semi-pro’s out there but more for us rookies who are starting out. So just to spell it out clearly, I’m a novice in this world and this is my first actual interaction with this website, so please bear with me if I don’t follow all the rules and social norms of Eroguide but I’ll try to be a fast learner.
Eroguide:
Of the handful of websites that I started to look at Eroguide is properly the one with the oldest user interface (UI). There are allot of profiles who has no pictures attached and there were also several of the adds that seemed incomplete, both with text and pictures.. Now it’s hard for me to determine if this is the fault of the website or the GP, but in several cases, the same GP had a full sales pitch with introduction, services, prices, pictures, does and don’t’s on one of the other websites. Eroguide does have a good filter option, I just really wish they also had an option to filter on optional specific services provided and price range. I realize I can write key search words in the text search box, but if I write Mega I will get alle the GP’s who don’t wish to provide any mega anything and all the ones who don’t mind providing a mega service. As for the user interface (UI) I like the structured format, It seems as if a GP fills out the whole format for the add, then you end up with a picture loaded add where the GP gives a short presentation of herself under the picture, a short physical description of herself to the right of you pictures and availability schedule. In some adds the prices are also listed here, but for the most part their available in the introduction text under the picture, if they are there at all. The greatest thing going for Eroguide is not its selection and quality of GP adds, but the forum with its reviews, debate and room for questions and exchange of views. At last I’m getting a good kick out of the fact, across all the sites I mention in this little piece, they all include links to reviews that are placed on the Eroguides forum.
Escortguide:
Properly one of the websites that has spent money through a media agency or Google analytics for they are usually on the first half of the first search result page on different search engines. Here they have a gimmick with a red frame around the first handful of rows of pictures of GP’s. I’m assuming this is an pay a fee and we boot you to the top of the list service from Escortguide, it’s defiantly something I noticed. Once you have scrolled past the red adds the frame becomes white around the adds. It would be nice if Escortguide raised the bar of expectations to the GP, if they wanted to use the red frame look, some kind of you must fill out all these information points in order to get a red add look. Several of the red frame look adds I clicked on didn’t have a full description of possible services or prices. Just the usual “New in town”, “party girl” or Queen of”, just seem to me that if you’re going to pay for being noticed at least insure that your message comes through and doesn’t leave the potential customer with more questions than answers. The UI on Escortguide is crisp an modern and I really like the size of the adds, picture vs. intro text on the front page.
Nympho:
Based on first impressions and looking from a in need of service perspective, properly my current favorite local danish GP website. Very modern look and UI, great build up and division of the screen. A significant amount of the GP profiles on Nympho carries a Real label on the left hand side of their initial profile picture. This is according to Nympho’s own explanation, is the result of a verification process that should insure the authentication of the add and therefor the GP. Great search and filter options, right on the front page, furthermore it almost has a social media feel, with its “Most seen Nymphos” and “Most followed Nymphos”. You can as a registered member, just as with Eroguide, get access to a forum where you can become member of different theme groups, but compared to Eroguide, it’s really bad and does not even come close to providing the same volume of quality exchanges, reviews, banter and warnings as Eroguide does. You can however, as a registered and login member, send personal messages (PM) with the different GP’s once you have clicked on their profiles, not a feature I have tried yet but it’s nice that its there. There is also a possibility of giving your favorite GP roses, teddy bears, rings, diamonds or gifts, not really sure how that feature works or how you acquire the roses and then give them to your flavor of the month, but it is some kind of digital gift to show your appreciation.
Escort-siden:
Nice first impression, but it withers a bit once you dive in. Loads of profiles, plenty of pictures and consistent layout on the adds on the front scroll page. However, really a weak set of filter options, where you can only filter on three parameters being service, geography and a text box. On the Escort-side they use the service parameter differently than the other pages that I have visited. Here, under the category of service, you can distinguish between chasing, massage, escort, sugarbaby, BDSM, couples etc. Whereas some the other sites used services as the options the GP was willing to perform and was acceptable for her to participate in. Furthermore, When I write something in the search textbox, it automatically prioritize this text request over my choice of location, so whatever results I get will be adds from the whole country. Also, it might just have been my set-up, but several times I experienced clicking back from an add to the main screen and then being tossed 30 adds back, as in I had to scroll past 30 adds I had already looked at before I again reached the add the I had initially clicked on. Furthermore, even if I limit my search to Zealand and don’t write anything in the textbox, eventually as I scroll down, the website will include adds from Jutland, so you end up having this endless scroll page where it just keeps going, although I also saw several examples of repeat adds. What saves this endless stream of adds is the possibility to add profiles to a so called “short list”, so you can go find potential favorites again, although only on the same visit depending on your web privacy set-up.
Sexlyst:
Also one of the newer websites where newer web applications have been utilized, but with mixed results. Right from the start you will notice that the site claims to have a very high number of adds, on the given day I wrote this, Sexlyst had 3128 female profiles. This is also a site where I can appreciate the picture/text ratio on the frontpage, once you click in on an ad you get the GP’s pictures on top, followed by text and an option to skip to specific parts of the add, if the GP has provided the different details.. There is also a QR code on all the different adds, now maybe I’m missing something, but I don’t really get the point, I mean you’re on one screen, if I scan the QR code with my phone, then all that happens is that I have the same add on two screens. The same pictures from the top of the add are included in the bottom of the add, the only difference is that on the top the pictures have the QR code and on the bottom, you can click on the picture and enlarge them. There are no live chat or PM options but you can, once you have registered, save your favorite adds for later review or contact and this feature saves the site, because they have pretty limited search options and an insane amount of adds, although quite few repeats again and again. There is also, once you have registered, access to a VIP gallery, where some of the GP’s have added extra pictures of themselves and you can just browse through the very looong list of pictures and when you see something you like you can go straight to the profile, if its active. Funny little thing I noticed though, Dalia must be a favorite of the founder of this site because her add is the fist on all 282 pages, even when I isolated the search for men.
Annoncelight:
Pretty simplistic setup, it’s just a guess, but I would bet it’s free to place an profile on this site because there are allot of open and hidden advertising on this site.
They have a more expansive search menu, it reminds me allot of the one they have on Eroguide, just a bit more modern. Once you have taped the gear wheel, the expanded search menu opens up and you can pick and choose. Again, however, the focus on selecting based on specific services is missing. I don’t really like the picture vs. text size on this website, for my taste the pictures on the front scrolling page are too small. On the other hand it kind of forces the GP’s to actually provide their add with a title and support text, which is positive. However, there are also quiet a few profiles with no pictures out on the front scroll page, but you can only get to them by clicking in on the add and going to the bottom of the profile. Annoncelight also provide the space for people who which to advertise for specific clinics and websites, who again caters to people looking for different services. On this site you can’t login as just a user, it seems you can only register, if you’re placing a profile.
Eurogirlsescort:
My favorite international GP website, modern set-up, sharp pictures in frames with supporting text, hands down, no competition the best set of filter options of any of the GP sites, you can filter on nationality, long list of specific services, height or even preferences like tattoos and piercings. Plenty of advertising on the site, but kept isolated either on the side or in the bottom of a profile. Now allot of the profiles on this site, for Denmark at least, also carry a “Ad older than 10 months” , which basically means there has been no activity on them, so I’m not sure how valid or current they are. Once you have opened a selected profile, the profile layout starts with a introduction/sales pitch followed by a picture and then the specifications of the GP, such as height, weight, eye color etc. This is followed by the contact information, rates and the a list of services included in base service fee and also a potential list of extras for additional rates, visually very easy to comprehend. You can also register and sign in which gives you access to saved favorite adds, a review option and a so called black list. The blacklist though, seems to be dominated by agencies and the website itself, putting up the names of profiles who haven’t paid their commission/fee for advertising or something else. I’ assuming the fee for advertising here is higher, because the prices for services provided here are also significantly higher, both by Danish average and other countries. There are even several profiles who configure on this and other of the above mentioned sites, where the prices are just higher and we’re not just talking exchange rate here.
Baseline search on women, all services and Zealand on the different sites:
Eroguide: 97 profiles/77 profile with picture
Escortguide: 436 profiles
Nympho: 93 profiles
Escortsiden: Too many to count and you could not search on gender, allot of adds are shown several times
Sexlyst: 2599 profiles, again allot of adds shown several times.
Annoncelight: 256 profiles
Eurogirlescort: 274 (Denmark)
Closing remarks:
I feel the market for GP add websites in Denmark is flooded, there is not a need for anymore, but definitely a need for some of the existing to step up on quality and features. The market could even stand to loose a few options, specifically the once’s with loads of clickbate and hidden advertising, none of which I have looked at here. That being said, I also feel there is a need for allot of GP’s to raise the bar and actual provide a complete profile, there is allot of focus on the pictures, and rightfully so, but if I as a newbie don’t get an impression of how you are as a service provider, what is in the package, extras and prices, then I’m left with more questions than answers. Now I don’t know how it is from a GP perspective, I can only imagine, but there is also allot of adds that just start with all the I don’t and I won’t, which gives an negative first impression. Now I’m sure there are allot of idiots out there who writes all kinds of crap in their initial contact to the GP’s, but it seems to me that one could cut down on some of these by actually providing the necessary details in their profiles. This newbie don’t really feel comfortable having to start a dialog with a GP asking for specific services or prices, maybe it’s a business competition thing or only certain services for certain clients, but from this newbie perspective, it’s a move on to next add thing. Now it would be interresting to hear which sites the GP’s prefere and why.
