Probably should train more. But last few months I have been putting in 10-15.000 steps a day. And I purposely walk to most things in town when doing errands to get a move on. But very long work hours makes it hard to get as much training in, when I get home I tend to be so tired I crash. But walking as much as possible is my main form of training.

Well. Now seems like something one would do very well to commit to memory. Jokes aside, one of my very best experiences I had with a girl was when I at the very start asked her, what do you like ? That made it much more enjoyable for me as well.
