All this is done in respect of you, and this forum is to share thoughts and reviews, and you as well can share your views of things, there is always 2 sides of a story.
Also I think something might be lost in translation, and can be misunderstood.
Let me outline what probably the issue is.
Yes some of us are frustrated, some more than others but still frustrated.
You are delivering a service and we are reviewing the service.
If you go to a restaurant and the service is bad, you leave a bad review, and a good service/food etc. might give you a good review/recommendation.
Some don’t do anything, good or bad, they just don’t write reviews.
Using the restaurant analogy when we client/customer goes to a restaurant we are hopeful that we get a great meal and good service some based on past reviews, but the disappointment might make us do stupid things.
I cannot say for others but as for me I really not intended to say anything mean. I have reviewed your service and really hope that you can respect me for having that opinion.
