For me, music is a bit like eating, sometimes a good rhytm is enough and sometimes it is an experience. The music that speaks the most to my heart is Tom Waits. I like how unfiltered and raw he is. But it is interesting to discover new music and Spanish music is full of life. Like this song, especially the melancholic ending at 5:59 when the mother repeats the children’s rhyme. It makes his long life story about his many difficult challenges feel real. Don Omar must have been really big, also as reggaeton started in Puerto Rico. I am vaguely familiar with him, someone played a lot of his songs for me. I did not know he was still making hits. I like this song with Anitta, it reminds me a lot of the co-op she did with Snoop Dogg. Rafaela 132 Skrevet søndag klokken 08:53 (edited) latinas4ever skrev, for 2 timer siden: It is one of the few songs where she sings in Portuguese So…I don't even listen to it… I don't like her voice but a lot of people like her… This song, for example, has bad lyrics and for me the beat isn't the best, so for me it's not even good for dancing because when the rhythm is contagious the lyrics don't matter, like a lot of funk songs that are super danceable and the lyrics are really bad… I don't know about Don Omar nowadays, I know he used to be very good, he made a lot of good songs, with an engaging rhythm that makes it impossible for me to stay still, like for example the songs (the lyrics are good too) - "Dile” and “Dale Don Dale", and I mentioned him because I found the video with Residente, which I liked the first moment I saw the video you posted and I don't think I'll see another video of his with the same level of emotion…because this song "René", is after all about his life. Lauersen 9801 Skrevet for 23 timer siden Jeg mener det var i den gamle musiktråd (2019-ish) at jeg blev introduceret til Cherry Glazerr (med Clementine Creevy i front og eneste faste medlem) som jeg af og til sætter på som lidt afveksling til metalmusikken.
