Lyngby, Frederiksberg or Sydhavn (?)

I'm "stuck" in a decision dilemma...

I'm planning my May tour and can't really decide which area of Copenhagen to book.

I have 3 apartments to choose from:

- Frederiksberg - nice apartment, spacious room - suitable for tantra - I would have to share the apartment with a colleague, i.e. kitchen/bathroom.

I had met the girl for coffee a few months ago.

- Lyngby - new apartment, spacious rooms - suitable for tantra. I would be alone

- Sydhavn (near Fisketorvet) - spacious rooms suitable for tantra - I would have to share the apartment (kitchen/bathroom) with a colleague.
 I don't know the girl.

In principle, all apartments are suitable for tantra. Frederiksberg and Sydhavn are central, Lyngby is a bit out of town but in a very posh area.
Every apartment has advantages and disadvantages.
Is one of these areas preferred by men, or do men make no distinctions?

Actually I would lean towards Lyngby - but then I think - it's very far away....
....then I think Frederiksberg....then I think - I've never been to Frederiksberg and maybe the gentleman(?) won't "like" the area(?).

Then I think of Sydhavn - I like the area around Fisketorvet - but then I think - I don't even know the girl I would have to share the flat with...

.... and so I'm going in circles ....

Now I'm hoping someone will point me to some pros and cons of each area - which hopefully could help in my decision....

Frederiksberg would be my  first choise for sure. 

Central, eaysy  free parking (2 hours), many Metro Station, and nice areal. Dont miss it.

Hmm
Well, since my knowledge of Copenhagen is rather limited, I cant say for sure.
Fredriksberg for me personally is definitely the best area.
Easiest to get to, right in the center of down, much is even within walking distance from the Central Station.
But I get the feeling much of the area is a bit run down.
Both the area and the apartments / buildings I've seen there.

Sydhavn, especially the area near Fisketorvet is also nice and close.
Near enough to walk from the Central Station.
And the area is a bit nicer.

Lyngby seems like a much nicer area.
For people in Copenhagen, especially for those with cars, it seems like a very good option for me.
Way to far out in the outskirts for me.

I cant of course say anything about who you share the apartments with.
That does affect the decision.

But from a pure personal standpoint, Fredriksberg.

Frederiksberg is much more central than both Sydhavn and Lyngby. And easier for your guests to blend in discretionwise.

Free parking 2 hours is good. In my case old fashioned parking, where you can pay with your credit card and not exclusively with these bl... digital apps, is a top priority too. Intense and delaying traffic is a drama in itself in Copenhagen, but if you then get a new drama while parking, it can easily spoil the rendezvous. Being late is very stressing.

Lyngby is also good.  Sydhavn? Nearly impossible to park.

I support Frederiksberg as well, and for me parkering is the important part which is easier in Frederiksberg than Sydhavn. Lyngby could also be good, but some areas in Lyngby is a nightmare when it comes to traffic ( construction work, one direction roads, limited parkering).

So Frederiksberg. Also more centered if you come from either north or south.

My private home as well as the apartment where my massage table is, are both in Frederiksberg. Very close together... so I'm there... come stay close to us Frederiksbergers  

What part of Frederiksberg is it? That might be something to consider, too.
Frederiksberg is a rather large area. The posh areas are so close to the city centre of Cph. that parking can be a challenge even if it is free for 2 hours. 
There are also streets and areas that have only 30 minutes parking (still free) if they are too busy or too narrow for parking spaces. Usually, however, there will be side-streets to all of these with 2 hour free parking. 
But it's not too bad... I have yet to have any clients or guests spend more than about 10 minutes looking for a P-space, and I live in one of the busy/central areas.

I vote Frederiksberg, too. 
Also it's considered a bit posh and possibly slightly snobby... so; La-di-da

I barely know Copenhagen, actually i pretty much know nothing about Copenhagen at all. (If i was you) then i would choose the 2 apartments where you Can practice your tantra service alone with your client, because it could be a little weird if there’s a colleague that you don’t know in the room beside yours. But it could also be more comfortable for you if there’s someone with you if the meeting with your client get uncomfortable. 
 

as i mentioned i don’t know Copenhagen, but you should choose what is suitable for you and your service

Just want to throw in my 2 cents.

As a person who lives not far from Lyngby, and frequently goes through the main road, i think it could be worth trying out the market out here.
I personally feel like there's not many options up here besides your typical Asian/Thai massages.
Traffic in central Lyngby can be pretty chaotic at the moment and for the forseeable future with the tramway tracks being built.

Parking options varies from where in Lyngby the apartment is in. If it's in the industrial area or DTU area the parking options will easier to find than on the main street. 
Else if there's no free spaces on the side of the road, there's always the option to park in Lyngby Storcenter.

Thanks to you, I've crossed Sydhavn off the list. It's true that sharing a bathroom/kitchen with someone you don't know can turn out to be a negative. This is about cleanliness and hygiene....

Now only Frederiksberg and Lyngby are left.
Here the approximate location of the apartments was asked:

- Frederiksberg, the posh neighborhood near the city center

- Lyngby - residential area close to the center (not main street) - new, private apartment.

I hear there'll be nothing but potholes, shipping containers and banana peels in the streets in Lyngby in May this year... not to mention the long awaited "weirdest beard of the century" training camp and the recurring flooding of the tunnel leading into Lyngby just off the top of my head

I chose Frederiksberg this time - reading the posts here, the area is beautiful and there is plenty of parking.
