 I might’ve been a little careless with your words or insensitive to the other party’s feelings, and in some cases your actions might’ve been taken out of context. 

And some reasons ❤️and 

You can only put your feelings into words once you have learned to take them seriously, when it feels natural to talk about your inner life.  Once you have been listened to. 

And quite simple the feeling of shame makes us hide our inner life. But sometimes the simplest things mean the most. 

And somehow ❤️ do people have think about it.... ?

But some also know that shame creates doubt, anxiety and depression, but not least to create close relationships❤️
