It's just a question ... I just saw my name being copied. When I started in DK I wanted to choose a name that nobody else has. But now I see this:.

Is it allowed with eroguide? In my opinion, this only creates confusion.

 Which means if the woman gets bad reviews some will automatically associate it with me.

It is also the case that some write and call me Magnolia, Magnolie or Magnollie - probably because I myself am looking which version I like more.

And now because of the duplication, the risk of confusion is quite high. Is there a way to prevent that?

There are always copycats who cannibalize on others fame. 
Do not worry, people can see the difference, and as long as she does not have an add on AL or similar, she will not get known. 
 

Yes, if she get bad reviews some might think it is you. Nothing you can do about it - unfortunately. 
Anyway, I believe you are so well known that very few will be confused.

Granted, I may, slightly "know" you.
I apologize if I take that a step to far.  
But.
I would very honestly say, a Lady, and I mean Lady of your reputation.
You have absolutely Nothing to worry about !
If anyone tries to use your name, it is them trying to ride on Your name.
You use one that has no meaning in Nordic, so that does set you apart!
And of course, be You !
You take silly people like me seriously, and is as sweet here as people say you are in a meeting.

No you cant actually prevent it.
But anyone actually wishing to meet with you Will know the difference.

I do think I can assure, if someone calls your name out, people will, go: Wait a sec...

      Personally I've been in your position  and I must admit it was so damn frustrating to see my name copied several times, including my text. When I came in the picture nobody was "Sweet" and no "Mia's". Indeed confusions will be made but nothing to worry about because mostly we'll see the difference and follow up your reviews. Don't give up on the nickname you already have, some hyenas might take advantage of that. They can duplicate your name, but can't clone you. In case bad reviews will show up and will affect your reputation, mostly will support you and clarify it.

Det forekommer vist desværre med jævne mellemrum, at når en pige bliver populær, så vil der på et tidspunkt “tilfældigvis” komme en anden pige (typisk østfra), som får samme kunstnernavn. Især, hvis den oprindelige pige kun kalder sig ét navn, f.eks. Mia eller Sara. Man er måske lidt mere “beskyttet” som pige, hvis man tilføjer noget til sit navn, f.eks. Barbara Smile eller Sensual Sophie, men det er jo ingen garanti. Det er nok heller ikke tilfældigt, at pigerne hos nogle af de danske lysthuse har dobbeltnavne efter samme skabelon.

Personligt undgår jeg de piger, som forsøger at snylte på en anden piges gode navn og renomme.

Jeg har i mine efterhånden mange år gået under navnet Ida. Frodige Ida eller danske Ida. 
Det blev så vældig populært hos en anden DANSK GP. Jeg fatter ikke hvorfor. Heldigvis skiftede hun navn til andet og igen andet osv. 

Jeg vil være rigtig ked af at skulle skifte mit navn ud , fordi en anden vil være smart i en fart, da det tager tid at opbygge et godt ry under navnet.

Forståeligt. Og derfor er det også smart, at du kalder dig “Frodige Ida” i stedet for blot “Ida”, som jo er mere generelt og derfor nemmere at kopiere.

Hvis en ny pige måtte vælge at kalde sig “Frodige Ida”, er det jo oplagt snylteri, og det tror jeg ikke særlig mange mænd bifalder. Desuden er det heller ikke smart for den nye pige, hvis hun ellers satser på at skabe sit eget ry.

Thats the reason they need to try and use someone else's good name.
Otherwise nobody at all would visit them.
Another girl, Vicky, brought up the same subject a few days ago, someone had stolen all the text from her ad, and she naturally felt insulted about it.
Reporting the profile as being fake is the only thing that can be done, since I don't think a name can be trademarked ?

But, you being so active, and interacting with us on the forum.
It's very easy to tell who's the real Magnollie.

Well, and adding you on Whattsapp makes it even easier to tell.
