  1. Things have generally changed quite a lot in Scandinavia. I am born and raised in Sweden but I have dark skin from my mothers side (who is from the Caribbean). It used to be that I as most was seen as an "exotic" cameo in Sweden (and Denmark). People would notice, but since I spoke perfect Swedish and acted like any Swede around people would just treat me as anyone else. I used to visit the lovely ladies in Copenhagen quite a lot and never had a problem. Then 2016 hit with the large flood of immigrants from the southern parts of the world. After this everything changed. These days I am pretty much banned from several places in Denmark (I have had phone ladies pretty much open the door, scream "We are fully booked" and slam the door in my face). The sad answer is this: With 2016 came a truckload of assholes that treat women like crap. As a result the population has unofficially become divided into two groups People who look Scandinavian and likely treat women well People who don't look Scandinavian and has a high likelihood of belonging to the group of assholes from southern parts of the world For safety reasons, the ladies of Denmark filter out the second group. Yeah, I am screwed by this and it feels like crap. However if I were in their shoes I would probably do the same.
