First of all, I am writing to apologise to •bifyr71• online too.
Second of all, you are right to be mad with me and dissapointed but unfortunately I have felt bad that morning and had my phone on silent. After I have seen how late the time was, I felt ashamed to text you back, but again, I know I should have acted differently.
I can understand how frustrating that was especially that you have made the appointment one day before.
It is my first comment here because I do respect my clients and everyone’s time but sometimes life is unpredictable and misunderstandings are caused.
To sum up, I am really sorry for wasting your time and for you having a bad experience. I wish I could have changed it!
