Hmmm i remember seeing this on polish news station. These girls with those tattoos are forced into prostitution/trafficking victims and are also forced to make these tattoos with quotes like: "Property of Mr.Olek/Leszka" , "I love my owner Olek"(In polish ofc), by there pimps. According to the news report they were physically abused and were forced to work more then 16 hours a day sometimes. But the gang that used these women for their own wealth was taken down like a year ago, so idk if she's still "owned" by any of those scumbags.
