Usually there's a lot of guests and as long as your visitors doesn't go to the reception and asks for guidance to your room I doubt anyone will notice anything. These places it was easy to walk in, past the reception and to the elevator. If you give a detailed description of the route to your room, your guest can easily find you without being noticed. However, the Cabinn I stayed at closed the outer doors at 9 og 10 pm. Then I had to go down to let her in. The reception was still open, and I think it was quite obvious to them who I was taking to my room.
