When exactly are we allowed to be open again : )?   28th february I see is what the restrictions are set to ease, but anything which is legal to do before, or do we have to wait till march ?

Restrictions will properly be extended beyond 28th February, due to the English mutation. 

I doubt we'll be allowed to open again on the 28th, but here's hoping 
And sorry, no. The only things you can - legally - do is stuff like phonesex and camshows or selling your panties. 
But if you're feeling very lusty then it's totally legal to find some fun in private without charging. I'm sure there are plenty of men willing to help you out But.. perhaps stick with one or two. Since you like blindfolds maybe you can pretend they're a new person every time.

It is hard to say. 
But it is legally to do escort at the moment.

As I understand, it would be legal to visit someone in their own home, couldn't you manage your normal concept around this possibility? Not every candidate will work, but I assume some of them could make that work.

My guess... April, May - somewhere around that time if we're lucky. I'd love to be wrong though, but the difference btw now and last spring, is that people have been sort of adjusted to being severely limited in their daily lives and routines by authorities. And exposed to all sorts of massive crisis information that makes them dull and more easy to manage. So April actually would be a nice surprise for me. And earlier would make me happy.

Some restrictions will most likely continue when we enter March. But with the current decline in hospitalizations I would reckon that schools will be fully functioning again and probably the removal of some other restrictions. After Easter we should expect an almost “normal” daily life. But I may be to optimistic

I think it's going to happen soon. But whether you would want to "have fun again", will be up to you. I don't think that the opening will be the result of neither vaccinations nor lower "positive numbers", but rather as a result of the acceptance that Corona is here to stay and we just have to deal with it. The English variant, the South African variant, the possible Brazilian variant (and I specifically say variant, not mutation),as well as potentially coming mutations will limit the efficiency of the vaccines. But we can't afford keeping society closed, so it will open - I think - whether corona is gone or not. It will then be up to the individual to decide how to deal with it, and you will be free to "have fun", but with a significantly higher risk, compared to before March 2020.  I think we will - this spring - see a much changed priority of the health services, now that it has come to light, that people have been dying (of other causes) because health services prioritised Corona and that 2020 saw more than 2500 fewer cancer diagnoses compared to previous years. Not less CASES but DIAGNOSES. So people will be dying of cancer too, because it gets detected later. 

All in all, my personal guess is that you'll be able to "have fun" very soon, but not with a significantly reduced risk, just a risk that you have to decide whether to accept or not. Same with travel. 

It is legal if you have outdoor sex if the client has a negavtive Covid-test. So why not use Frederiksberg Have in a new way

2. Show a negative testresult. In the beginning the result is on the App: "Min Sundhed", downloaded on your smartphone, that you can show to the GP/hairdresser/Barber/ The dude thats gonna make a tattoo, etc.

13. OF APRIL  Shop opens up in warehouses.
