Thank you for your concern, dear. We know the prices on the website are for the full service. I like to indicate via message about OWO be optional (200DKK), as I know it isn't something I can always guarantee, as it depends on the client's hygiene. But I’ll write it also on the website. 😘

Yes, it’s his issue. On the website it says: 1.200 30min, 1.500 45min and 2.000 1h FULL SERVICE. And through the message I still give the option to keep included or not the OWO (200DKK). But he preferred to complain here his frustrated tentative to get a lower price.

Hello dear. The prices are correct. The website shows the total cost of all services, and I informed you via message that OWO is optional, with a price difference of 200 DKK. As I previously explained to you, the time is pre-booked. There is a price scale: 30min, 45min, and 1h. You requested 90min (1h and 30min). Your requested time corresponds to my 1h price and returns to the 30min price. I also explained that it wouldn't be fair to me and all the clients who genuinely paid for my time to reserve the same time twice for you (45min + 45min) because it would be a lower value than the total for the requested time (1h 30min). It would be better to maintain what had already been agreed upon: keep one hour (1,800~2,000 DKK) and I would make the remaining time available to another person (30min 1,000~1,200 DKK). But you chose to bargain and use the excuse that you didn't understand the prices, just to pay what you think is fair for you and not fair for my time and service. I respect the time, money, and effort that each client puts into being with me, but your attitude clearly aimed at nothing more than taking advantage of a situation that would obviously harm me. And that, I will not accept.

På den måde undgår vi, at nogen ankommer tidligt og opdager, at klienten går, eller at de ankommer tidligt og banker på døren eller venter ved siden af.
