Your time starts when you come back after getting ready. Once your booked time is over, you can take another shower if you want to and have time for it.

It’s totally normal to start early after someone has paid, but there’s no reason to rush the customer. I think people come for a calm and stress-free experience, not to feel pressured. That’s why I let him take his time getting ready in the shower and have his hygiene items prepared before we begin. That’s one of the rules I have.
