I think we older men value the longer meetings as we are probably more to quality time understood as empathy physics and mental contact presence and enrichment both sexually and mentally. I have never been with a GP’er for less than an hour and have with them, now the "regular" significantly longer visits and have also tried overnight and it is so incredibly different, in the lovely way. Will, however, think that it requires you to know each other well and are that you’re on wavelength as sex is not enough for such a visit! It then brings another issue in play, is it the same hourly rate as an hour meeting times the number of hours? I know this topic has been taken up before and again here I would think that when you know each other well then it is mutually a rewarding experience and thus also outside the normal hourly rate! does it make sense? good day
