Can't say that I have had a nice experience with this one, it was pretty bad actually. I set up a meeting with Cecilia and everything seemed fine until the time came when she was supposed to be there, and she wasn't. So I contacted her to find out if she was running late and that was when I was told that she could not make it. No explanation why she suddenly couldn't and when I then tried to reschedule to another time that might work better for her, I got no answer. So she might be as great as people say, IF she shows up to your meeting at all.
