Not sure you can. Try read the instructions or just contact the moderator (bottom). Perhaps one has to ask for deletion and make a new thread (copypaste the text). If you dont fancy doing it, all well, just the idea of hundreds of threads with titles like "warning against this girl", "anyone know this woman" and "terrible service" does not mean a lot apart from where it geografically is placed, so one (you as well) has to actively open every thread and scroll and scan for NAME of who. That said, many do change names, so name, add number, city and perhaps phone might be usefull advice, which was your intention, I assume (thanks for that, swell of you).
