Hello

Is it OK to rent out a room for girls which may not have rights to work in Denmark? Such as those who hold tourists visa from Thailand, China, Korea.

what are the consequences?

It is illegal.
Due to the cirumstances, it can breach the aliens act and the penalcode. These laws authorizes a penalty of imprisonment for up to 1 or 2 years, but most likely it will end up with a big fine.

Depending on the circumstances....

It is not illegal to rent out a room or an apartment to foreigners in general. You can rent out to anyone you please as long as you have no knowledge of them being in Denmark illegaly. If they have told you they are here legally you have no knowledge of them being here illegally if they are. On the other hand as a private person you are not allowed to ask for Visa papers or anything similar. You have to take their word for it.

Also, renting out a room or an apartment in which you yourself do not live - i.e. have your adress registered - you cannot be held liable for the actions of your tennants. This means that if you have a room in a place where you do not have your private adress and someone uses it for prostitution purposes you are not held liable as according to Straffeloven 233.

If you rent out a room at a fixed price there is no problem - if you rent out a room and take percentages of her prostitution sales you are liable. The danish laws are easy to get around in this regard.

A prostitute can pay you for your services but you can't get a part of her income. If you wanted to be a 'pimp' all you have to do is act as her chaffeur and take a fixed salary for driving her and offer protection (in the latter you also need a to be registered as a security guard) but if you take a percentage of her income you are considered a 'pimp' and can be prosecuted.

It's all in the setup....

It's a bit unclear where the limits are, but you are not allowed to make money off of other peoples sex work. Getting financially involved is a step in that direction and may be difficult to explain.

Thing is: If you test the system, the system might test you. Are you really willing to risk that?

Edit: If you MUST do it, then make sure you do it on "market terms". The cost should be no less than what you can charge someone else using that room. And is it property that you have rented out priorly for other purposes?

Here is a sentence of a foreign woman who rented out a cellar for 500/day: https://nordjyske.dk/nyheder/hjoerring/kvinde-tjente-penge-paa-at-udleje-lejlighed-til-prostitution/2aaa3f38-f89c-4f45-9aa9-82f58a44dae1
You ask about the consequence: If her stay in Denmark had been shorter, she would have been evicted from the country.

Club in Istedqade disguising as a swinger club and charging a 60kr entrance fee: https://ekstrabladet.dk/krimi/ejer-af-sexklub-doemt-for-at-udleje-smaa-kabiner-til-gadens-prostituerede/6449515

+ Many others. The common factor is that they are going to fine you and confiscate what they THINK you earned + get a criminal record + risk getting ejected from Denmark.
