I understand that outcalls cannot be accessible to everyone, which is why I wonder if there're other solutions I can propose to clients, other than sex in cars or parks.

No, I don't find it a safe practice, especially on a first date with a non-regular client.

I was recently in Tokyo, where I found it to be very popular bc I'm western girl I believe, and where outcalls were easy to arrange - Japan is dotted with hotels by the hour (love hotels). 

If someone opened a kind of love hotel in Copenhagen I think there would be a good market, I could definitely bring in a good percentage of customers.  Lmao.

Btw, I'm finding it a bit frustrating lately to work in this city. Maybe I'll just have to travel more, it seems the market only wants clinics and girls with houses.

Yes it is absolutely frustrating when the clients don't read your ad, and ask you questions you have already answered on your profile. Tell me about it 

You are right unfortunately, a lot of men in Denmark do expect you to have an incall. I have been in this industry for 3 years, and I have always been offering outcalls only, when im working in DK, which for me has been okay as I am a low volume provider. 

We don't have any hotels that you can rent per hour, in general this is hard to find anywhere in Europe. I have found a few ones in London. So unfortunate I don't think there is anything to do about it, unless you are willing to pay for an overnight hotel or keep doing outcalls. I

This will not happen in Denmark unless the law is changed. "Rufferi loven" prevents that this option is a thing in Denmark.
basically this law states that a 3rd party is not allowed to make money based on the work of a sex worker.

If a hotel was avaiable to hourly rent (Love hotels) they would be subject to this law because they earn income based on renting out rooms for sex workers.

I thnk this is why we have so few places to plan an outcall situration.

I have the same problem, its just the other way around. I only do incall, it says in my add, but still a lot of men asking me, do you do outcall. omg... but i just write back, no i only do incall. nothing else to do unfortunally

Pussy Galores, a clinic, have room which can be rented. I have used once with a girl who also only did outcalls but also offered this possiblity. Price starts at 300 kr, see link, it is in Danish:

Make sure it's the CLIENT who books one of these apartments. 
Then you don't have to ask for pre-payment for the expense (it's a minumum of 800kr for 3 hours)
It's not for spontaneous appointments, though. 
Their website states that you might have to book an appointment to SEE the apartment first. It's not clear if it's mandatory though. 
There are cheap hotel rooms with non-personal-contact with staff. 
Look in other threads for my "hotel list" as well as other users tips on how to resolve this. 
You could take just a few clients in per day and "flex" through different budget hotel rooms, so they won't notice that you're a sexworker. You just need to do it "under the radar" and most hotels with automated app-keys will do just fine.
