How should I read the menus? E.g. on SeductionGirls website 30 min soft sex is 1100 and Intercourse (no time specified) is 600. How should that be interpreted? And what is normally included in soft sex in a place like that.

you ring the door bell. The "telephone lady" will open the door, greet you and ask you if you've booked a specific girl for a specific time, offer you coffee or water and then get you into a room, so you don't see other guests.

30 mins is 30 mins. So you can expect 30 mins of fun if you book that. Or as much as you can and then pillow talk for the rest of the time. If you book "one service" it's usually just that service for 15-20 mins max.

Adding to tvr's answer: You might also expect not to be allowed to change position (or at least not much), when ordering a single service. It depends, though, so just ask. Which by the way is also a general rule: When in doubt - ask.

Also: the pricelist in a brothel is to be regarded as "minimum price". The girl decides her price individually (otherwise it would be illegal). So again you have to ask.
