Do you not have a phone or do you not have a simcard? Because those are 2 very different problems. If it is the later, then you can easily buy a prepaid danish simcard which you can use for this purpose assuming your phone isnt simlocked.

I'm bringing my iPhone which I would prefer to not use to contact providers. I don't know anything about using prepaid sim cards with the iPhone, but am open to purchasing an inexpensive disposal phone for use during my trip.  Thank you for the reply!

I dont know what you consider inexpensive, and Ive never had to buy a disposable phone. But I would guess/assume most phone shops have some cheap/old phones for like 100 dollars, which you can buy and then use prepaid simcards in. It would vastly open your options to be able to use text messages rather than emails, it can be a nightmare to get a timely appointment with email even in the best of times.

The cheapest phone is 30 dollars.

Phones can be bought for as low as $40
I actually just found this one, which can be picked up from a major electronics supplier in the centre of Copenhagen; on the famous shopping-street "Strøget"

 

In regards to simcards, I've no experience in the matter. I found this guide though, looks updated and relevant; might be a help?

 

As an aside, perhaps consider WhatsApp? Loads of escorts around Copenhagen use it.

I appreciate the info!  I have absolutely no experience with disposable phones or sim cards but that may be the path for me to take.  I've definitely had little success reaching out to providers via email so far...
