I agree with @bifyr71 ASK 

When I was active in the game and one visited my for an hour he was free to cum as many times one could in that hour. The same with extras.

I’m also inclined to agree with the previous post, but it’s not in my nature to start the meeting with saying “I need to come twice! Is that ok??”

On the other hand, I always book at least one hour, choose carefully (all though I made my mistakes) and never experienced any problems with multi-cum.

I think that in Danish brothels with Danish girls it is most often allowed to cum several times when booking an hour. 

It might be different at thaiplaces and with foreign girls, so there you will have to ask.
